Guy stops by to look at my ural sitting in driveway,tells me he has a brand new depner that he has owned 6 mo.bike will rarely start and when it will it runs rough can't get help from dealer,some importer from Ohio I think.I gave him what advice I could.Any ideas?

Its not uncommon to have problems with those kit bikes from Ohio. Could be any number of things. Most people have to rebuild the engines, rewire the bikes, and swap out carbs to get them to be reliable. Once that's all done they can be fun bikes. Fun for the person who likes to wrench but a nightmare for a twist-and-go type person.
