So i finally did it!! After many months of reading, I finally bought and installed a hack. I own a 2003 Yamaha Vstar 1100 Custom. I found on the net a 2001 Velorex 562, very good condition for 1,000 dollars. With all the technical information I read on here and some great help from a gentlemen named Bob Wark , www.warkshop.com , I installed the car, and I have been riding with pure enjoyment ever since. If you ever need help with installation, I highly recommend Bob. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone (free of charge), and sold me some parts that made the installation much, much easier and a modified part that is working beautifully on my mule.
Just wanted to share with you all the good news, and hope to one day, see some of you at a rally or two.
