This Hero wants a side car how can we help

In my 65 years there have been many emotional and memorable days. But yesterday has to rank right
At the top, I love the Rolling Thunder protest in Washington on Memorial Day, The Ride Home in
Andersonville is awesome; riding with Patriot Guard is an honor. I was excited to welcome this hero
Home and had intended to offer the sidecar to him when he arrived, but when Mitch “President of
Rolling Thunder Ch. 4” called me and said that his Dad had asked for a sidecar I can’t tell you what
An honor it was that I was able to comply with his request. When Cpl. Southern arrived the smile on his
Face said it all; the courage to go thru what this young man has gone thru and still have the positive
Attitude and that smile will stay with me for the rest if my life. When we got underway he was smiling
And laughing all the way even when the rain was so hard we could not see. He never lost that smile
When we exited onto Old St. Augustine rd. we both lost it I can’t tell you the feeling to see all those
Patriots and Tyler’s friends lining the road waving and calling out to him it was unbelievable.
Thank you Tyler for reaffirming my faith in the American Fighting man your are truly a United States
Marine and I am Proud to have met you. If you ever want to go for a ride give me a call
