I recently got a heads-up from a guy that went to the oshgosh air-show....he tells me.." go to utube...search CARVER....check out the trike the dutch have been working on....it's the first trike i'd rather have than my Ultra classic".....whoa.....i'm thinking, i know this guy,he is deeply entrenched in the Harley tradition,so, this must be something.

Well, i watched the 6.5 min utube video, and immediately understood his enthusiam..check it out....share your opinion of this vehicle....i'm kinda reluctant to call it a trike. Leo

I wonder if it will have the same problem as leaning sidecars - they spin or fall on ice?

Punk.....no idea how it would handle on ice, however, in the video they are twisting the wheel side-to-side very confidently; that for me suggests a much longer riding season than a regular bike. There are a lot of smart engineers on here that may be able to comment on the predictability of this thing when roads get snotty..!! BTW ..is Nerve gas City a spoof..?? Leo

I know a fellow in London that owns one of these. They are on my wish list for sure. Last I heard, Carver is quite a ways away from being offered in the USA. However, there is a company in CA who is working on one based on the Carver concept called the Venture One. Here is there website. I have been pre-registered for a while in hopes. Looking like 2010 earliest.

The Venture One: http://www.flytheroad.com/

Now, want some real futuristic dreaming based on the Carver...
