Very cool. I have been to all those places and hope one day to take my grandchildren. Where do you live?

Very cool then you and your grandson had a nice ride. How old is he. Does he do anything while riding to keep busy? The reason I ask is so I can get ideas for my grandson?
Thanks
Jeff
Doug, looks like both you and Aiden have been having a great time, comes with doing the right thing. I have four grandkids and they all enjoy riding. I would love to take trip like you and aiden. We do get out around here. When the two boys were younger and in the same school(12 and 9 now), I would pick them up 30 to 60 minuts early and we would make a detour on the way, came close to being late a few times but we had fun. The girls (6 and 4) get there turns but not to school. I take care of them 4 days a week, 4 kids, 4 schools, 3 busses, and I haul the little one so I usally need my truck. Cuts a lot of the time to ride but we do when we can. Aiden is a lucky kid.

He's 3.5 yo He takes some small toys with him and we have our headsets to talk about the scenery and he sings. We recently found him a used kids portable dvd player we will see if that is necessary later.
Awesome Road Trip indeed!!
I have 5 grandchildren but only one rides much with me because the others are too sets of twins. The oldest set just turned two and the younger set are about 8 months. They all have the same mother.
On my ultra I am going to move the passenger plug for a headset from the right to the left so my grandson and I can talk while riding. When we hit the talk button it all so lowers the volume of the radio. We can all so both use the CB if we wish.
