I'm 6'4" tall with a 35" inseam.
I've seen a few pics here of riders on the Urals, but I can't tell how tall (or short!) the riders are, and on some of the pics the Urals look pretty tiny.
We are considering an '07 Patrol...but I can't sit on one before I buy it... and I'm afraid that when I ride it I will look like I do when I ride my wife's TW200...!!!

The publisher of Minnesota Motorcycle MOnthly is 6 foot 7 and rides a Ural just fine.Victor Wanchena is his name and it LOVES his Ural.
I'm 6'4" tall, 35 inch inseam and 275 pounds , I ride a 06 Patrol and it is my preferred ride of the bikes I own. We took our summer vaction on the Patrol , about 1300 miles roundtrip . No complaints and had a great ride.

I'm 6'-4" and rode a Ural Deco (now Classic) for a couple seasons and it really fit pretty well. Mine had the single saddle with a luggage rack on the fender and I really liked that set-up. Should be no problems for a big rider.
Now I ride an 1100 Honda Shadow and it seems a little small to me...

I'm approximately your mass. I did think the Ural gearing
awkward to my boot but this affair ended after a couple kisses.
