Anything goes in Thailand but is this classified as a sidecar (i.e. accessory) in the US?

I can perhaps admire the engineering involved in a dual sidecar but I can't see any need for it. It would definitely be unsafe.
It's not going to catch on, IMHO

I understand that his next version will have two sidecars on each side. It must be very, very hot in Thailand.
