Where to purchase parts and manuals?

Where can I go to purchase parts and manuals(service/parts) for my sidecar?
Have a 1979 FLH80 w/Sidecar and need to nail down exact year of the SC.
Pretty sure it is a 1979 SC and in real nice condition.

TIA,
TimBone

Timbone,

On the sidecar frame between the right sideof the bike there should be some letters and numbers I believe the first two numbers should signify the year like this LE 69-1037 meaning that the year of the sidecar would be 1969 or at the very least the frame would be.

Thanks for the scoop on finding out what year Chuck!

i see manuals for 79 -84 sidecars all the time on ebay .just dont pay a high price if you can help it

Do you have a Parts Catalog for the FLH? All the sidecar parts and numbers are listed in the book. Or here are downloadable PDF files for 41-84 FLH-

Service manual will show maintenance, setup specs etc. I recommend having both. The Manual you can get on Ebay.
Many parts for the CLE's (67-84) are not available anymore from the Mo-Co, but some were the same still used till the end in 2011. "Colony" has aftermarket stuff available for the frame and suspension

Willy, thanks for the links, very cool and informative!
