Timbone,
On the sidecar frame between the right sideof the bike there should be some letters and numbers I believe the first two numbers should signify the year like this LE 69-1037 meaning that the year of the sidecar would be 1969 or at the very least the frame would be.

Quote from willy g on October 1, 2012, 9:48 amDo you have a Parts Catalog for the FLH? All the sidecar parts and numbers are listed in the book. Or here are downloadable PDF files for 41-84 FLH-
http://www.mediafire.com/?s3cm34rv367rtpk also check this link - http://shovelhead.us/forum/index.phpService manual will show maintenance, setup specs etc. I recommend having both. The Manual you can get on Ebay.
Many parts for the CLE's (67-84) are not available anymore from the Mo-Co, but some were the same still used till the end in 2011. "Colony" has aftermarket stuff available for the frame and suspension
