What will I need to do with this frame?
Pictured is the lower frame of my Champion Escort. This car was previously on an unknown model of BMW. The lower mounts are Heim but I have the clevis connectors if I will need to replace them. I think those are the proper terms. If I purchase a bike specific mounting kit (04 Honda Shadow Aero VT750C) will that frame arrangement need to be changed? You can see one of the angles is 45 degrees and the other is not (70 degrees? IDK). I hope to keep it simple for a first time installer (thus buying a mounting kit) but the posting by mayrel47 about attaching a Ural to his Vstar has me wondering if I'll need to purchase additional components or have modifications made.
