Velorex USA Importer

Does anyone know what the deal is with Velorex USA? Their website seems to have disappeared. If they are gone has someone taken over as importer? Actually the real question is, " Where do I find Velorex parts"? And while I'm at it, is Hedingham Sidecars in England still in business? Thanks
