USCA National Rally Draft Schedule

OK gang, here's a draft of the schedule for the rally. As you can see there's a lot to do if you want to do it. There's nothing at all wrong with ignoring all this and just hanging around camp talking with folks.

Thursday – June 12th
Noon Rally opens informally
-Local maps for self guided rides are available from the Rally Staff
-Informal exploration is encouraged
-Open air snoozing is authorized in all areas
3:00 PM Registration Open for Early Birds at “The Junction”
5:00 PM Registration Closed
6:00 PM Gather for dinner ride – self host – destination TBA
8:00 PM or ATSMU* Campfire at the fire ring at the bottom of the loop road
-friendships renewed, tales told, memories shared

Friday – June 13th
6:00 AM Coffee is on at “The Junction”
10:00 AM Shopping Junket to Canal Park
- self host lunch, est. return 1:30 PM
- package deliver y service back to the campground
10:00 AM Sightseeing trip - Your choice [all in downtown Duluth]
-Railroad Museum
-Wm A Irvin Ore Ship & Coast Guard Cutter Sundew
- Lake Superior Marine Museum
1:30 PM Tour leaves for Aerostich Rider Wearhouse - est. return 3:30 PM
2:00 PM Registration Open
2:00 PM A Chat with Andy Goldfine at “The Junction”
4:00 PM Motorcycle Electrical Systems – Robert “Snowbum” Fleischer at “The Junction”
5:30 PM Registration Closed
6:00 PM Gather & Greet at “The Junction”
- Self Host Happy Half Hour – Remember! Don’t drive drunk!

6:30 PM Burgers ‘n Brats at “The Junction”

9:30 AM Children’s Program meet at “The Junction” [ends when sidecar games begin]
9:30 AM Guided Ride up North Shore [tanks full, bladders empty]
- ~118mi. round trip est. return 2:30 PM
- Split Rock Lighthouse
- Waterfalls at Gooseberry Falls State Park
- Betty’s Pies
10:00 AM Tour leaves for Aerostich Rider Wearhouse - est. return 1:00 PM
3:00 PM “OTA” Sidecar Games
6:00 PM Gather & Greet at “The Junction”
- Self Host Happy Half Hour – Remember! Don’t drive drunk!

6:30 PM Catered Dinner at “The Junction”
7:30 PM “OTA” Awards and drawings
8:00 PM or ATSMU* Campfire at the fire ring at the bottom of the loop road

Sunday – June 15th
6:00 AM Coffee is on at “The Junction”
8:30 Am Worship Service
- Living Faith International Church of Duluth will be doing the Sunday morning worship service. There will be an upbeat, contemporary praise band and a message by fellow sidecarist, Dr. Billy Ferg. We hope to see you there.

The rally is over. Be safe getting home. Mark your calendars for next year. 'See you in TAHOE!

*ATSMU – As The Spirit Moves Us. It means we really don’t have a set time for this but it will happen when it seems right. ‘Might depend on the aggregate zeitgeist, ‘might depend on the time it turns dark or pretty much anything that’s out of our control. If something isn’t happening fast enough for you, go ahead and start without us.
**OTA – Or There Abouts. Very similar to ATSMU but OTA is used when one event is dependent on the completion of another.
