update ...............Looking for bike & side car

Update: found 2011 Triumph Bonneville with less than 10k miles (all miles by a 60-year-old woman rider) in great shape & for a good price (Sunday 5/6/18),
& a Velorex sidecar which looks to be in good shape & complete, w/mounting hardware (5/10/18) ... and ...
as of Saturday 5/12/18, both are in the shop on the lift getting attached!
Thanks to Jay at DMC Sidecars for his advice (& those videos) and all others who were looking out on my behalf.

Western Maine here. Looking for bike w/sidecar, professionally attached (please no “projects”).
Current ride is “vintage” Honda Silverwing (500); largest bike comfortably ridden/driven was
a 1200 Goldwing w/sidecar. Doesn’t need to be a Honda, even though that’s all I’ve owned.
Not really looking for a Ural.
Thanks much!

You could consider adding a sidecar to your current bike. As long as the sidecar comes with mounts designed for your bike and not "universal" you should be fine. In the case of your bike there is no lower frame on the front of the bike so there is no chance of "universal" type mounts fitting. We have done several of the Sputnik sidecars we offer ($3495) on the Silverwing and do offer proper mounts.
When looking for a sidecar just because it was "professionally" mounted does not mean it was done well or correct, it just means some one made some money installing it. Many of the lower priced sidecar importers will allow any one to be a dealer for their products, as such they are now the "professional" even if your sidecar is the first and only sidecar they have ever mounted.
