Looking for info on a HD sidecar adjustment. I was left the bike and i can't ride. I literaly works me like a dog just trying to do so! I know it's way out of adjustment because looking at it from the rear the bike is leaning towards the car. Any help would awesome!

I don't have any personal experience with a HD sidecar rig (presuming a HD sidecar mated to an FLH). As I recall, Harley recommends, with the motorcycle unladen, 1° lean-in** towards the sidecar, which should be ±0° lean once you sit on the motorcycle. However, in a prior conversation, a fellow sidecarist told me his rig handled better with 0° "static lean." I'd start my adjustments and work from there; hopefully someone with more direct experience will come along.
** I generally use a magnetic dial gauge angle finder on the rear brake disc to measure lean, such as this one: https://www.harborfreight.com/dial-gauge-angle-finder-34214.html
Also, take a look here for detailed technical instructions: https://sidecar.com/hal-kendall-manual/
