sooo many kinds of tires.... what to use???

Hi, I have a question for the group. My Bonneville / Velorex rig needs tires. I have been looking for flat profile tires for a 17" rim. In my search I found Duro HF 308 tires. Here's my question .... Can I put tube type tires in a tubeless rim? I would think it's OK but I am not sure?

Also, any other tire recommendations are welcome ... looking for tires that will wear well on the rig rear 130/80 - 17 front 110-70 - 17

I know tha it is a different rig, but, I have a 130/70-17 rear Battleax on the front of my BMW R1150/Escort sidecar rig. I have almost 12k miles on it and it really looks like it could go 20k miles. We shall see. Bill Draper has the same tire on his R1100R/Hannigan rig with a few thousand less miles and his still looks new.
