The above motion allows a board member that is absent from a board meeting to give his proxie to another board member to record the absent board members vote.

Motion by Dave and seconded by Joyce. There will be a five dollar discount to the USCA member at time of registration. The rally host sends the orininal registration form to Dave so he can varify membership numbers and submit a bill to the board to be paid by the treasurer.

Question
motion by Colby, seconded by Bob. The USCA spend not more than one thousand dollars for a computer,scanner and printer for use by the Registrar, and to pay for the monthly cost of an ISP for that person. The purchased equipment and soft ware will remain property of the USCA.

This concluded the motions voted on by the board. President John Kennedy appointed a committee to revise the Comstitution and by laws and return them to the Board for a vote. Colby M Cousineau was appointed chair person, and Chuck Tretyak and Joyce Canfield volunteered to serve on the committee.
Jay Geise and Spencer Bennett was absent from the meeting.
