Hi Bud,
Accommodations reserved, calendar cleared and looking forward to seeing all of the usual suspects again.

This year's ride is to the Evel Knievel Museum in Topeka, KS. BBQ restaurant inside the Harley dealership which shares space with 1 1/2 floors of the Evel Knieval collection. HIs Big Red truck is there, fully restored, bikes, helmets, history of his successful and unsuccessful attempts and a 4_D jump experience for an extra $5. I have done the "jump", will do it again. Ride to and fro is hilly, curvy and two lane KS back roads until we get into Topeka. Nice ride. Driver's meeting 9am at a local restaurant, leave at 9:30.

Sounds like a fun ride and a fun destination - thanks for the info John, looking forward to it.

Registration sent in and ready to go! The Evel Knieval collection sounds like a wonderful ride. It will be interesting to see the additional things that the AMA Hall of Fame Museum doesn't have.

The Evel Knieval Museum is the largest collection of Evel machines, including the Big Red Truck, bikes, toys, clothing, etc. The owner of the collection is a friend of mine and he will be there to share stories and answer questions. PLUS, there is a 4D jump, for an extra $5 you will jump over a series of cars - Evel style and excitement. The museum is in a Harley dealership which also has a number of old HD's to look at in an area off the service department. BBQ restaurant is on site. Well worth the ride.
