The Texas Ural Riders Division/Sidecar Enthusiasts (formerly the TURDS, now the TURDSe) have scheduled the

2019  East Texas Spring Sidecar Muster for May 3-5, at

Proposed Schedule:

Friday May 3rd:

11:30   Join Jena & I for lunch at the 7th Street Restaurant in downtown Cushing, Texas; or

Join Kent & Ana for lunch at the Moosehead Café on the square in Crockett, Texas;

whichever may be more convenient for your travels & schedule.

 Note: After lunch in Cushing, while Jena rides to the KOA, I’d like to make a detour down an unpaved road(s)

to try to find an old wooden bridge that may, or may not, be there.

 5:30   Ride into Rusk for Ice-Cream and a visit to the nation’s Longest Foot Bridge.

Also:  If you enjoy live plays, the Cherokee Community Theater is staging a play  in the evening  scheduled for Saturday evening:

 Saturday May 4th:

8:00       Riders meeting at KOA for morning group ride

8:30       Breakfast at Miss Mollie’s Diner in Alto

10:00     Visit the Military Film Fleet - $5 Admission:  http://militaryfilmfleet.com/

3:30       Sidecar Games

6:00       Pot-Luck Supper

Sunday May 5th:

Breakfast by the KOA Staff before we head for home

Have two extra bunkbeds available in my cabin for the rally. Twenty bucks a night gets you up off the ground and indoors where there is a bathroom with running water.
