CSM rig wind screen adjustment will not hold

No matter how hard I crank down on the windshield securing knobs after about an hour or so the wind screen will be tilted back - annoys and concerns the rig passenger.

If I recall correctly, I tighten the left side first using the frame of the windshield for a little extra leverage, then tighten the right knob. Maybe try a split, or internal star, lock washer - perhaps on the right knob only?
