Can anyone tell me, with certainty, which brand of car is shown on the cover of the Jan/Feb 2021 Sidecarist magazine?

Kevin, that is an EZS Rally single seater sidecar. In the Fall of 2020, EZS in the Netherlands went bankrupt. The assets were sold and I believe have reopened.
