Adding USCA member number to profile

I noticed that I do not show up as  member of the USCA even though I have been a member since 2004.  I tried to add my member #8968 to my profile but I cannot get the window available for that to become "active".  I am also the Minnesota State Rep for the USCA which should also be added to my profile so that it shows up.  Can anyone help me with this?
