Never heard of them.
As one of the largest manufactures of sidecars in the USA we often provide mounting hardware for other brands of sidecars as such I usually at least know a little about most of the smaller companies around.
All I could find on line was an add from 2017 showing the back side of one mounted to a 1970 Harley with mounting hardware that looks to be state of the art 1960's. I suspect that this was a very small company that did not last long and made very few sidecars.

Thank you for replying. I had advised the person that ask me about one to walk away. No one I know of ever heard of them . It was being offered as a sidecar that need no adjustments anyone could just bolt it on and go. I think we know better.
