Mark,It's nice to hear from you. Are you still a sidecarists? In my case, I am still O.K. even if, I think, I am aging a little bit too fast. However, my biggest problem is the loss of Sharrin who passed away in 2015. I am now considering selling my house, looking for a small condo, and spend part of the year in Italy. That is why I am selling my beloved V-Max rig that is, at this point, a little too much for me. f you happen to come to Minnesota again, please let me know and say hello to Kim from me.

Beautiful job all around. Won't last long at that price. Very well done.

First of all, thank you for the compliment on my rig.

I love my rig and I would not sell it if I didn’t have very good reasons to do so. I have already two person very much interested in my rig and like you said, it should…go quite fast. In regard to its price, well…I realized that my rig setup with a sport/touring motorcycle and a small sidecar is not the typical rig appreciated by many sidecar users, who prefer to set for large sidecar (like your beautiful Hannigan sidecar) with a convertible top or hard top and many amenities (like air conditioned) that my sidecar choice cannot offer. And…that is the way, I wanted it. My dream was for a sport type rig with a sidecar that would not overwhelm in size and shape my interesting looking (in my opinion) Yamaha V-Max and the Motek Bobby LE was my final choice. The money I ended up putting on this rig is incredible, but, in pricing it, I was afraid to ask too much for a rig that it’s not appreciated by the vast majority of the sidecar riders.

Take care,

Please, do not call me as the rig is sold. If you have technical questions about the Stern's kit or the sidecar, post your questions here and I'll be happy to answer them.
