There are several available right now on Ebay.

Rather than an owners manual I would purchase a shop manual for the same model year sidecar. They are almost always on Ebay. If not wait a few days and look again. They cover everything you need to know about H-D sidecars. Most have about 5 five to eight years spread on coverage unlike the owners manual witch is only good for one year as per H-D information.
